James came to the County in 2013. He has worked for us almost 2 years, and recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and his CCRN certification. Jamesis a team player.He is often observed by his immediate supervisor assisting his fellow coworkers during patient admissions and during times of increased workload. He has excellent communication skills and maintains open lines of communication with his coworkers, other healthcare providers, and with his supervisors.He is alsocompassionate with his patients and their families. James is a valuable member of the SICU/5B unit.
