Cindy puts her little patients at the center of every success and every opportunity. She speaks with such passion on the importance of every discipline in creating a safe discharge plan for her patients making sure all disciplines know each other's goals, and that their goals are being met.
Cindy speaks to the struggles she has seen only to offer solutions for the sake of her little ones. She works in some very difficult situations, taking them to heart and moving forward with an attitude that we will improve the process by always having quality improvement in mind.
Cindy will be retiring with the knowledge and comfort that she has helped so many parents develop a plan of success for their little ones. The walls are lined with patients she's touched and for her that's a true gift.
