I met you that Wednesday night/Thursday AM when my brother and I stayed overnight with our sister. You came in and found me by her bedside in the wee hours of morning, just talking to her, holding her hand, tears running down my face. You were so kind that morning, so understanding, empathetic, and were exemplary in caring for our sister and her family! You gave me your time, listened as I told you stories about my sister, you shared in my tears. You have no idea how much that meant to me. Your "comfort care" extended to our family as well. You treated us as if we were your own family members. We are so very grateful to you. Thank you Melissa.
