A was in great pain and feeling very down and out. Cynthia reassured him that he was getting better. She made our experience less stressful. Always there for us, always informative and ready to help. A has been in and out of Beaumont Hospital many times for health reasons. We've always been treated with kindness and respect which was something we appreciated. Ms. Hastings went beyond that scope. We never had too many questions for her. Along with the doctor they switched A's medication to Tylenol and Motrin and he started feeling much better, Cynthia was the one who made the suggestion after I complained about the narcotics he was receiving.
