I was feeling quite uneasy about my second, upcoming Colonoscopy. Friday, before my Monday procedure, at 12 noon, Julie called to go over information they had in my medical records to make sure all was up to date. Julie had such a nice and pleasant phone voice, soothing, and calming that I felt very at ease talking to her and answering all the questions she asked me. I felt she was a friend already. At the close of our call, she asked me if she could share a bible verse with me. I thought this was so wonderful.
Then the day of the procedure arrived, and she was there when I woke up. Hillcrest/Baylor S&W should be so proud to have Julie as a member of their staff and team. She showed the true compassion of her profession and I could tell she loves her job. She again shared a bible verse, the same one as she had shared on Friday, in fact it was on a little note on the front of the discharge papers. My husband and I were so impressed with Julie.
