KJ often receives praises for her kind gestures towards her patients and families.
"KJ was sweet and attentive to me despite her being the charge RN the night of my stay. She found time to sit with me to reduce my anxiety regarding an unknown chest pain. She took time to explain test results and held my hands to reassure me. I was scared about my young family! KJ explained every medication. She rubbed my arm as she pushed medication to alleviate my pain. She checked on me several times at night with a big smile on her face. She was there before I needed her. I knew she had a busy unit. She was always calm and collected. KJ attended me as I was her only patient. KJ is what a nurse should be. She is a true asset tothe facility."
