Kaylee was a breath of fresh air! We had one of the worst nights of our entire lives while my dad was a patient. The care my dad received from Kaylee was so compassionate; we were overwhelmed with her bright, positive, and caring demeanor. Within minutes of her shift starting she was able to turn all our doubts, worries, and difficult experiences around.
Because of Kaylee, our faith in the ICU was restored. She provided my dad with simple things like a glass of water and IS teaching that just made his experience so much more pleasant, not to mention provided my dad with important education about incentive spirometers. Kaylee also spent extra time sitting with us discussing our experiences about our stay and gave us opportunities to reflect and discuss our feelings.
Kaylee is a gem and an excellent nurse. After a rough night she came in eager and bright, ready to turn around our stay. She gave unbiased care. We are so grateful for the incredible care she gave to our dad and us as well.
