Lauren was very thorough with each and every assessment given! She always took her time to explain every medication, test, and process. Before leaving my room, Nurse Lauren always asked if there was anything that was needed or that she could do for me. She always offered words of encouragement and was never seen without a smile! Her kindness made all the difference during this very difficult time during my stay at the hospital. Her consideration for my care and comfort is greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Staying in the hospital is never an easy task but when my mother was admitted, I stayed here with her the 4 nights she had to stay to support her. Lauren was not only considerate in caring for my mother but she was very personal and truly appeared to care about her patient. Lauren's care was extended to me during my nights here as she always kept a warm smile on her face and took the time to address me when we would see each other. Although Lauren doesn't know this, suffering from PTSD is difficult and can sometimes interrupt my daily activities, her compassion and generous care of my mother put me at ease and made me more comfortable in my stay at San Jacinto with my mom! I am grateful for such a kind hearted, caring nurse!
