Rachel took the best care of my dad! She fed him because he could not feed himself. She made sure he was clean and brought extra blankets to him because she knew that he stays cold because of his low heart rate. He has dementia and she took the time to talk to him and calm him down. I could not say enough of my gratitude for the best and excellent care that she gave. When I had to leave him, I knew he was in the best care because of Rachel. He would calm down when she was in the room. She was understanding and her sweetness and concern were above and beyond to make sure he was ok and calm. She came in very often just to check on him. She is what a real nurse is supposed to be: compassionate with a loving heart for her patient. He was treated with love by her. I thank God for a loving, compassionate person and that is a true blessing. God Bless Rachel Ward for her kind heart.
