Denise made my third delivery the best I've had. From the moment she introduced herself at shift change until she handed me off to the mother-baby nurse, she had the best attitude possible. She was kind, considerate, attentive, funny, knowledgeable and simply just extraordinary! My family bombarded her with questions. She was not bothered or phased. She was constantly checking the baby on the monitor and was quick to make accommodations to minimize any distress. She was reassuring and keep me 100% informed on what was happening. I can't express how immensely grateful I am to her and how wonderful she made my experience. It's so obvious she truly enjoys what she does. She deserves the recognition for her amazing work that I'm sure she delivers every shift. Thank you so much, Denise! You will always be remembered and appreciated by my family and me.
