It is a pleasure to honor AnnMarie with a DAISY Award. She is recognized by her patients for outstanding care and teaching, and by her peers for her keen assessment and clinical skills. She works closely with her patients to establish goals for each shift. She has embraced the 10 steps to successful breastfeeding as well as changes in practice related to baby-friendly designation that supports the mothers with rooming in, safe infant feeding, and skin-to-skin care.

AnnMarie Pecora went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were comfortable. She ensured we had everything we needed every time my daughter came to visit, and she also made sure she came in and spent a little bit of time with her as well. She made my daughter a Big Sister bracelet!
AnnMarie is by far one of the nicest nurses I've ever met; she truly is a Super Woman and I am going to miss her!
