My husband was in a semi-private room, I witnessed Andrew caring for an elderly gentleman who was restless and kept trying to get out of the bed in the next bed. He was very patient with the man, he listened to his stories and engaged in what the patient had to say, he took his time with the patient. He also explained what he was doing for the patient and had a very calming effect on the patient. He never exhibited frustration with the patient who repeatedly tried to get out of the bed. His care for patients is very impressive.
