Jackie has been a blessing to our family. She has gone above and beyond with my daughter's care, especially when we were really struggling with the constant bleeding episodes due to her hemophilia and the difficulties that caused as she is still in high school. Jackie is very kind and wonderful to us and we are very grateful for the help my daughter and myself have received from her. When no one else would listen to me at the ER, Jackie was there.

Jackie is so wonderful with my daughter. My daughter is autistic and gets very anxious about infusions the day before and slept poorly. Jackie was very calm and reassuring and was able to calm my daughter down before attempting to do anything. My daughter even commented after Jackie left that "she is really good, mom". That means everything to me!
