Katie has been a phenomenal nurse. She is one of my favorite nurses. Katie has assisted me by giving me shampoo, socks, whatever I need. She is a fine employee who does what is expected of her and goes above and beyond. What I talk with Katie she gets me water with ice every time. Other staff members give me warm water. Katie never does this. I request for my mom to bring me soda because the unit frequently runs out of the kind of soda I like. I've experienced through Katie comfort and peace. The doctor does not give me the anti-anxiety medications I need, but Katie helps me get through the difficult times.
