Melissa took the time to carefully explain MS and print out helpful information. She has gone above and beyond on numerous other occasions. Melissa came in to check on me frequently as a new medication was being introduced. When I was very upset with my diagnosis she pulled up a chair next to my bed and talked with me. Her kindness had such a positive impact. She was in the room while the neurologist explained my condition to me. After the doctor left she took the time to further explain what was shared earlier. Melissa's enthusiasm really showed through as she helped support me during my diagnosis. She helped me to see that I can still lead a full life even though I have MS. I wouldn't have such a positive outlook today if it wasn't for her.
