I am very thankful to Nurse McPherson she has continuously gone above and beyond in every way to ensure a successful outcome every time. Recently, I had some time constraints to submit some medical papers, Nurse McPherson took the time even though she did not have to and ensured the paperwork was completed correctly and on time. I appreciate her patience given the time crunch, but it's no surprise because Nurse McPherson has always gone out of her way to help me succeed. She always helps, whether it's with my appointments, medication, or overall healthcare. She is the reason my visits to the Detroit VA continues to be a pleasant success in every way and I could not be more thankful to have her as my nurse. She has truly consistently demonstrated the ICARE principles and is an example of what "caring looks like".
