She gave me outstanding nursing care and made sure both my spouse and I were aware of how the other was doing. She was so professional and caring as she went about her job. She explained procedures and included me as part of my own health care team. She asked my thoughts on kinds and amounts of meds, my comfort level, even my meals. She also made sure I had what I needed for personal care when I was discharged from your facility. In time I may forget Jessica's name and even what she looks like, but I'll never forget what a great nurse she is.
