Lionel right off the bat make us feel so comfortable, the warm easy manner about him. We were lucky enough to have him as our nurse for several days. He's very professional and competent. He educated us about so many things like what labs mean and why we needed pRBCs or platelets and the importance of magnesium, potassium, and kept us well informed. The ease of his manner, the respect he had for us. His sense of humor was so spot on and he made us laugh all at the right moments and still remained professional and confident. We will miss him so much and his compassionate care will never be forgotten. It's going to be very hard to say goodbye. Also, he was a great advocate for us with other departments. Overall the team worked very well together and always busy and so willing to help each other out. All of them are excellent nurses.
