My mother was in a critical state and, being young, there is a lot that my siblings and I just don't understand but Julie has been amazing about explaining what is going on with my mom in ways that are easy for us to comprehend. She knows we've been sleeping in the waiting room and she took the time to look up and make us a list of the surrounding motels. She has just been a real blessing during such a hard time. I have not met one staff member who wasn't extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you.
