Our 3-week son came to the general surgery ward via ER as he had a Pyloromyotomy Laparoscopic. Becky took exceptional care of us and our son as our case also had to include a blood transfusion as well as evaluating a heart murmur. Becky was always clear and timely in her communication with us and we were always confident we knew what was going on, i.e. process and timing for his operation, when he was coming back from recovery, process for feeding him after the operation, discharge process. She was extremely warm and always had a smile and stayed on top of every single detail of our case and remembered things about us and our family. She also anticipated things such as getting things organized with the different teams to ensure we could get in for a surgery slot and helping with all key details to ensure we could discharge as soon as possible. We enjoyed her company so much that when the charge nurse suggested we changed rooms, our first question was to check Becky would be our nurse.
