Stefanie did a fantastic job listening to my issues, and then taking the best actions possible to ensure treatment was followed through, done correctly, and effectively. She also constantly followed up on my progress. She always worked well with her peers, and it was like they worked as a family with respect in every discipline. She always showed compassion to every patient that she had an interaction with, I truly feel that she cares for every veteran. She converses with each veteran with an upbeat manner while still maintaining her professionalism.

I had an extremely tough time with my healthcare needs being met. Stefanie saw that I was upset and took interest in why I was so distraught. I expressed my problems to Stefanie, and she was able to help show me other options that better suited my needs. She then followed up with me regularly to make sure I was ok and that my concerns were met. I'm so grateful that she was there for me, and that she helped me.

There are countless examples of how Stefanie made special connections with me during my stay. Stefanie went out of her way to stop and help me even when I wouldn't know how to ask for help. She educated my father on a few occasions when I needed help explaining specific aspects of my care that were difficult to understand. Stefanie defended my position and broke down my treatment, and where I was in my life so he finally understood and supported my choices. She mentioned several times that she cares a lot about the veterans and that she was there for me. She made herself available for me to come to for help and advice when I didn't know how to navigate my options, she is beyond knowledgeable!
