Sarah was one of my OB nurses with my first daughter 2 1/2 years ago and again with my second daughter who was born 3 weeks ago. With my first, we had some issues with high bilirubin levels and had to supplement with formula along with breastfeeding. Sarah was so patient and caring and went above and beyond to help make the process go as smoothly as possible, sometimes spending over a half hour holding the syringe and tubing in my daughter's mouth while I nursed. She was so supportive and helpful.
Being a first-time mom, Sarah made sure that any concerns I had were addressed and made me feel so comfortable throughout the hospital stay. It was no different this time around and was very comforting having a familiar face; she took such good care of my daughter and me during our stay. She's so attentive and makes you feel as though you're her only patient. She made our experience the best it could be and will always be an important person in our birth stories.
