Jessica Dustin was absolutely wonderful! My brother and his girlfriend had a baby at Carroll Hospital in November and Jessica was amazing! She was wonderful with my brother and his girlfriend who are first time parents and both were scared of the whole process. She ended up having a c-section so Jessica didn't get to be there for the delivery but after having them as a patient for 12 hours, she stayed for a while longer and checked on us before she finally left for the day! I work on a labor and delivery unit and she was very open to any of the suggestions that I had and was very up front and reassuring when we all had questions. I just want to make sure that she gets recognized because she truly deserves it! Thank you to the Carroll Hospital labor and delivery unit for a great experience!
