My spouse was transferred from another hospital after a surgical procedure to which some concern arose. Kellie was our nurse at Magee. It was the night shift. Her pleasant attitude, thorough inquiries, knowledge, personal care, and attentiveness were so helpful. She made my spouse's care a priority (or seemed to be a top priority) although we knew she had several other patients. Keeping an upbeat personality and providing the care along with it, top notch. She went above and beyond all we asked. She was in control. We will remember this care for a long time. Kellie is extraordinary!

Kellie was exceptional. She always had a smile on her face. Anything we needed, she was there! She explained every med she gave and what it was. She knew one of my meds needed to go with meals and explained when she gave it to me. She did everything she could to accommodate me. She helped me get a shower. She even turned on water for me explaining it takes time to heat. All the nurses should be as exemplary as her. Thank you so much!
