I was lucky enough to have Nichole Grimm caring for me for 3 nights. She takes nursing to another level with her warm personality, great smile, and extra attention to all the details of patient care. It's hard to put into words, but she always gave me a feeling of being in the best of hands, that nothing would get past her, and that she truly cared for my wellbeing. Nichole made me feel safe in knowing everything was taken care of in regards to my care. If she got called away for an emergency and said she would be back as soon as possible, then there was no doubt that she would be back.
