Michelle puts her 100% into everything she does during every shift she works. I can describe multiple situations where she has gone above and beyond. One time, in particular, she noticed that my bandage was looking a little overdue and needed to be changed but it was the end of her shift. She still had about 10 other things to do before leaving but she immediately made it her top priority as she felt it was important that my arm should be covered and redone properly. This meant a lot to me as she put my health above everything else she still had to do before she left.

I'm not sure one specific situation does justice as Michelle does 110% and takes extreme pride in her work. I was recently admitted into the hospital due to an immature decision to try drugs for the first time after 34 years. I was a little skeptical to go to the hospital. Mind you this was the second time I was admitted within a week as I had 28 staples and a serious life threating infection. I walked in and was approached by a big bright smile. That felt very comforting. Little did I know Michelle was going to be my nurse. Once I got my bed and room Michelle made me feel like a regular human being. She treated me as if I was family. She provided me with positive and encouraging words letting me know that I was strong and could overcome this. She does her job so well and is so knowledgeable in her field. Every day she was kind and positive. I've never felt so special and cared for by someone knowing why I'm here. Her kindness speaks volumes of how genuine of a person she is. Mammoth Hospital should be proud they hired such an amazing person. She is the future of Mammoth Hospital. I'm very thankful for having Michelle as my nurse!

(From the brother of the above) I have been a visitor during my brother's time in the hospital. During this time I have experienced nothing like the care provided by Nurse Michelle. She has been so nice, so sweet and very helpful when it came to me asking questions about my brother's treatment. She was able to look past my brother's poor decision making and able to make him feel very comfortable in the painful situation he was in. She is awesome and holds a special place in mine and my brother's hearts.
