Cleo is an excellent RN and teacher. She is kind, patient and above all else she leaves staff and patients feeling appreciated and cared for. I have watched while she repeatedly helps her co-workers. She goes above and beyond for her patients as well. On more than one occasion I have witnessed her spend her own money to buy blankets, nail polish and other items for patients and families while their loved ones are here in SICU. I have seen her paint a patient's nails for a family that is grieving the loss of a loved one when they expressed how she loved to have her nails done. I can go on and on about this nurse and the compassionate care she shows each day.
