Katie showed great empathy and respect for my 97-year-old mother who was admitted with pneumonia and altered mental state. She took initiative in finding a better dosage of mom's nerve medication, to enable mom to eat more safely. Anytime I had a question or concern, Katie followed up amazingly fast. Even questions I had about what medication changes would follow mom from the hospital to the nursing home were researched and answered.
