It has been a tough road for me since being admitted to the hospital. Fortunately, I have not been this sick in quite some time. Unfortunately, parainfluenza has really taken a toll on my asthmatic lungs. This also means I have lost the ability to perform some of life's simplest functions under my own accord. Being a very proud and independent person, it is very difficult for me to ask for help, especially from a perfect stranger. Tina has been incredibly supportive of me during this difficult time. She has gone above and beyond when it comes to making me feel like a human being, even when faced with some incredibly degrading situations. In addition to this, she has always been incredibly informative with me and made sure I understood everything going on around me. Tina has been a perfect intermediary between myself, my husband, and the amazing doctors providing my care. If I ever need anything, I rest easy knowing someone as wonderful as Tina is only a call away.
