Experience, competence, concern and common sense! Tim was assigned to me the first two nights of my stay at New River. The illness was frightening and unpleasant. He was very responsive to any need that might improve the situation, including finding juice during the night and rearranging procedures to allow for at least 3 hours of much-needed sleep.

Tim gives that "I love my job" feeling. He went well out of his way to make me feel better. He was available when I needed him and took time for me. I liked how well he communicated with staff too. Very nice man. He spoiled me, was there as soon as I needed him.

Tim was very caring and understanding. He would frequently check to make sure I had everything I needed and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. He communicated really well with me and for me. He overall improved my experience here and I appreciate his care and compassion.
