Jeanne was helpful getting C's pain under control by bringing in pain management, but also really listened to him and me and seeing what we would like and what would be best for him. She was super busy but still able to make us feel like we were her only patient. She was supportive and complimentary on a personal level and didn't make us feel like anything we needed or asked for was not important. She also was prompt, had good suggestions and brought us things we needed without having to even ask. Her being relatable was so wonderful for me. She was fun and witty and didn't push anything on us. Thanks so much!
