Jeanine was by far the most outstanding nurse, and showed this by making my husband and I feel like she listened to everything we had questions or concerns about and made sure these were addressed. She took extra time just to explain things to us so we felt knowledgeable about what was happening during our labor process. She was professional, compassionate and empathetic, while devoting a lot of extra attention to go above and beyond any of our expectations. This was our second baby and had a terrible first experience. When she found out, she made it her personal goal to be sure we had a much better experience, and we absolutely did. She even stayed past her shift to help me with recovery on Christmas Day, delaying her own holiday plans. She thanked us for letting her be a part of our journey, when in reality, it was our honor to have her help me welcome our newest family member into the world. She deserves this award more than any nurse I've ever dealt with. You are lucky to have her!
