Kaitlyn is extremely helpful, very personable, always eager to answer any questions, makes sure all our needs are met timely, and she made us feel like home. She is super energetic and never seems to get tired. She is a perfect example of the prestigious profession. Tons of times we needed help, and we were taken care of right away. All of the nurses were very nice but Kaitlyn is super special. She taught us how to breastfeed our twins together. Nobody wants to go the hospital, but she made us feel like home here; which itself is commendable. Our best wishes and infinite thanks to all the crew and a special one to Kaitlyn!
