Jacob was the RN for my mother during the time she was taken off of all artificial support. Jacob really went above and beyond his duties throughout the entire night and early morning to care for not only my mother but all of the family that was there. Jacob really has been the most caring and compassionate nurse that our family has ever had. I haven't seen anyone as caring, compassionate or as calming in a very long time. Jacob, very frequently, made sure my mother was as comfortable as she could be and always asked if any of us needed anything at all. When talking to us about things, he did so in a manner that was very calming during a very nervous situation. Jacob was able to do away with some of the fears that some of us had about what could or might happen.
I can only hope and pray, if I am ever in a critical situation like my mother, that both my family and I have someone like him to care for us. God bless you, Jacob! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my mother and our family.
