A Veteran's daughter came to the Nursing station on 3 South and told the clerk at the desk that her father had just been to the lab for a draw and he had soiled himself. The Lab employee told this daughter that the people on the third floor would get her father some clothes. These two nurses, Kori and Cassandra, went right to the waiting room on 3 South and took the patient to an empty room and cleaned him up, and called the NOD for clothing from the clothing room. The patient was showered, dressed and fed while his daughter visited with the Team Valor Nurse. Both nurses remarked, "we didn't think anything about it, we just did what needed to be done."
