My best friend's husband called my cell phone with a nervous, shaky, worrisome voice. My friend went to the ER. When I came to the hospital to locate the patient I couldn't find her. A lady at the front desk couldn't locate her either. I was so upset and worried that she was transferred. I was about to call 911, but a tall guy came out with a big smile and took me to a little room and explained why my friend wasn't in the system. He explained and also comforted me. He said I should calm down first before seeing the patient. If I was upset it will transfer to her and will make her upset too. He was absolutely right. The whole time, until she was transferred to the private room, Chris deeply cared. I've never seen anybody in my life who is so caring. Even though it was a short time, I noticed him show care to his patients with such warmness. I admire Chris for being in the ER for 22 years and his aim for higher education. I hope great things for his life. I thank you so much.
