Holly is one of those nurses that simply puts a smile on her face and proceeds to take care of you, which then put a smile on my face. I don't have any one situation that I want to refer to, because she did it all the time, from the bottom of her heart. She is friendly, caring, warm, respectful and much more. She helped me start the process of getting ready for surgery, went home, then called back to remind the night nurse to have me sign the consent forms for surgery the next morning. Now that's a big deal to me. Thank you.
