Our nurse, Franco was a huge help with the medical equipment fiasco we experienced before our discharge. In trying to find out where the equipment was, the nurse contacted the district manager and gave me the info so that my husband who was in Arizona could try to continue the research.Franco also stayed an hour past his time to leave and briefed everyone.He then arranged for security to escort me and take my car to thegarage to be safe for the night.He also arranged for a parking voucher for that night.Our car was loaded with all our things as we were told we were leaving.Franco (although not working that evening), called the Charge Nurse at 7AM to see what, if anything, had been accomplished.Someone who cares about the patient and their family that much is very special.
