Patty was the nurse for my daughter. S delivered a baby girl and Patty was her nurse through that long day. She cared for S and her husband. Patty was calm the whole time. There were some issues with the baby and with S after the delivery. The baby went to NICU (wonderful care there too.) S had issues with bleeding and Patty was there frequently. S is my baby, so her care was very important to me.
Days later, they got Patty again. She went above and beyond in her care. She was attentive to S's husband too! They both spoke frequently of Patty, they really appreciated her. All of the nurses were great. Great care at all times, friendly, and helpful. But Patty seemed to give a bit of herself every day that she was there. She is the "above and beyond" nurse.
