Tammie Doan often has been assigned to me to try to solve my complicated medical problems. She and I put our heads together and try to come up with ways that will improve once and for all my bad medical condition. Sometimes I can be "quite difficult" because I also try very hard to solve my own medical condition as much I can. I read different medical materials about what I have that has been bothering me for over a year. Sometimes our ideas differ and we go after the other with whoever's idea is best for me. So, our end concern is my health. So my legs will stop retaining excess water, which constantly leaks out of the sides of each of my legs. Sometimes I write her a personal letter telling her how much I appreciate her, and we fight for the best course of action and medication to solve my problem. And I apologize for myhard-headedness. In my opinion, she is an extraordinarily great nurse and I love her because of how she treats me. She has dedication, passion for her job, and she shows compassion to a strong-minded ex-Navy officer as myself. She definitely shows empathy to my situation and I trust her opinion and ideas. I admire how dead serious she shows herself to be in handling my problems. I feel that she loves her profession. She racks her brain to help me. I love this nurse.
