Bruce has the patience of a saint and treats all of his charges with respect. Across the hall from me there was a difficult "confused" patient who kept trying to get up and wander about. I never heard Nurse Tretbar raise his voice or try to command the patient around, instead, he would gently guide the patient to where he needed to be. As for his care of me, I didn't use the call button often, but when I did, Bruce would respond promptly. His sense of humor and pleasant disposition made him a joy to converse with. As an example, of how caring he can be, once during a phone conversation with my wife, who was in California at the time, my cell phone battery died and at the time the phone in the room was not operational. Bruce loaned me his personal cell phone so that I could continue updating my wife on my progress. It's that kind of selfless level of personal caring that makes Bruce Tretbar a real asset to your staff. He manages to make an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as it can be.
