I would like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the awesome work of one of your nurses. A few weeks ago, while visiting our son, M, in the Cleveland area, he became ill and needed an emergency appendectomy. He was transported to your hospital via ambulance in the early morning hours. His primary nurse who took care of him that day was Patricia Metzger. I tell you, she couldn't have been more caring and concerned. She immediately developed a rapport with our son, kidding with him about what was happening, which was just what he needed. He was kind of nervous for the surgery and she calmed his nerves and was able to explain to him what the procedure was all about. She calmed my fears and concerns also. Patricia has the perfect personality to be a nurse. She is such a caring individual. She made M feel like he was her only patient and made my husband and I feel very welcome there also. You should be very proud to have such an awesome nurse on your staff. Thank you, Patricia, for your kindness and concern for my son.
