My mom has never had a surgery in her life and was scared out of her mind! Since day one, Lorrie made my mom feel as if she was in the hands of an angel. With her personal experience in getting her gallbladder removed, she told my mom that there was nothing to worry about and that she was there if she needed ANYTHING! She answered all of our questions and made my mom feel truly blessed that a complete stranger could make her feel so strong going in and out of her surgery.

Lorrie is an incredibly hard working nurse that met all the needs of my mother whenever any problems would occur; she was the first to come to my mother's aid. She is very professional and is truly a role model for any employee. She touched our hearts and made me feel that my mother was in good hands.
