I came here to Christ Hospital with very large abscesses in a few very sensitive areas. I had to have them lanced and drained which was very painful but the one on my breast had to be cut on quite a bit. It had a lot of dead tissue that needed removing. You can imagine my fear and the pain I was in. Rachel was by my side throughout the whole ordeal and more. She stood by me and held my hand, letting me squeeze it with the pain I was in. She distracted me with questions about my dogs and family life. She wiped the tears from my face and made me feel like everything would be okay. Rachel was so good to me, not only that day, but throughout my entire stay at Christ Hospital. The nursing staff at this hospital is top of the line, but Rachel stands out amongst the best. She is everything a nurse should be, kind, compassionate, caring, while also being dedicated and thorough.
