Francia is an exceptionally compassionate nurse who went way past her nursing job and grasped the depth of need that not only the patient had but that of the family and friends. She was very quick to see what was going on and find a way to get J the proper care with the utmost dignity and skill. Her attentiveness in spite of her workload was awesome.
Everything done for J was professional but personal, we felt. That meant the world to us with the hospice situation we moved into as her shift was changing. She was perfect for the job she was doing. Seton definitely made a good choice when they hired Francia. She certainly does merit recognition for her efforts as a patient advocate and great nurse. She will always be a blessing to all of us for her loving care during our time of need.
