Tina has stepped into the Supervisor role and has adjusted very well. She is a passionate nurse and gives excellent care to her patients. Tina is recognized often in leader rounding for her care, support, and teaching. She does clinical coach with new hires, takes DEU students, and intern students as well.
Tina gave support and understanding over the past 8 months with the opening and closing of 3MS, and then finally collapsing the cost center altogether. She understands the whole concept, and talks to others about how this is healthcare and how it is always changing. She stays out of the negativity and goes with the flow and supports decisions made.
Tina has come so far the last few years both personally and professionally. She accepted the role of nursing supervisor just a short time ago and takes this role seriously. Her coworkers respect her as she takes the time to get to know each person and listens intently to their concerns and suggestions for improvement. Tina works each shift for the greater good of the entire hospital. She is courteous and respectful to all she encounters from the patient to staff coworkers, physicians and others. Tina recently completed her BSN courses and waiting for her diploma. She exemplifies that nurse that pushes herself to complete her goals.
