Francine Mosely, RN May 2009
Francine is actively involved with unit projects and is on the core measurement committee. Francine is a champion and discusses progress, answers questions and is a valuable resource to the nurse staff. Francine ensures patients are receiving the care they need no matter what. Francine states she wants to provide as much comfort as she can to people who are suffering, not only physically but lift their spirits. Francine often speaks of how satisfying and meaningful nursing has been to her. She is a designated preceptor and precept new nurses and new graduates. She gives the new staff the strength and confidence needed with their new endeavor. She speaks at churches and has been active with the community discussing a career choice as an RN. Over the years Francine has participated in a free health clinic and has been on many mission trips. Francine delivers quality patient care and delivers best patient outcomes.
