My husband was in recovery after a flawless total knee replacement surgery. Once I was allowed in the recovery room, she explained it briefly then after the doctor explained what and why, Lauren had sincere compassion for me not to FREAK out and went in-depth to re-explain it once again, and how my husband's vitals were up and back to normal. She was an extremely thoughtful person, with a gentle touch and concerned eye contact that put this freighted wife at ease. She touches lives and is in the right profession.
