My family immediately had a connection with Will, from the first moment we saw him interact with my father. He was kind and nurturing while taking care of my father. My dad wasn't just another patient to Will. He was a person whom Will treated with dignity and respect. He always had my dad's best interest at heart, especially when he reminded me to not be on the phone in my dad's room. Even when enforcing the hospital's rules, he was gentle and kind. He always took the time to listen to us and reassure us we were doing what was right for my dad, that we were indeed honoring his wishes. Will has a special gift. Not only is he able to provide the utmost level of care for his patients, but also be there to support a patient's family. This is the hardest thing our family has ever had to endure and having Will assigned to our father was a blessing. God sent Will to help us through this difficult time. Thank you, Will, for taking such good care of us and our father.
