In the last 3 weeks I have spent 13 days at SVH. During that time I have had the opportunity to observe and listen to many interactions. I have had nothing but a positive experience here at the hospital. Lisa, however, stands out to me because of her kindness, bright attitude and helpful demeanor. She kept a friendly approach and calm voice even when some patients were less than kind.
